Request removal of your personal data

What gets deleted

✓Your account and login credentials
✓Profile information (name, photo, bio)
✓Private messages with Aroo Brain
✓Saved items and preferences
✓Notification history
✓Subscription data (cancellation is processed first)

What stays (anonymized)

To preserve community integrity, reviews and public listings you created will be anonymized (author shown as "Deleted User") rather than removed entirely. Business listings you own will be deactivated.

How to delete your account

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Aroo City app
Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
Tap Приватность
Scroll to the bottom and tap Удалить аккаунт
Confirm with your password

Option 2: Email request

If you can't access the app, send an email from your registered address:

Send deletion request to privacy@aroo.city

Processing timeline

Account deletion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. All personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., payment records per tax regulations).
